Imoogi
Many things lurk in the depths of OdN waters but none can strike such awe as the Imoogi. Serpents of the sea, these streamlined beings cut through the toxic waters with their lengthy bodies and shining scales. Some Imoogi are entirely benevelont and oftentimes Imoogi are seen as good luck when spotted but in this new world... the toxic twistings of waters all but destroyed have hardened some hearts to dwell on nothing but choas and destruction. Choosing to live most of their lives in the water itself, not many have any reason to be on the land unless it is to infect a human mate with offspring. While ancient Imoogi exist, younger ones have taken up residence in OdN as well and these can be described as nothing but peculiar. Spawning from the infection of an Imoogi will brought down on a human female (usually through ingested saliva of the Imoogi), these newer dragons are born as seemingly human girls. A dark dragon mark on their shoulder shows their true nature however and at the cusp of their eighteenth birthday these young women transform into an Imoogi for all time. Both male and female Imoogi are able to infect a human with offspring but males tend to be lazy and uninsipired to do much but lounge in the water and feed on what the sea has to offer. In the scale of things Imoogi see themselves set apart and live pretty solitary existances but can be bought for the right amount of food to scare prisoners if that's what the ocassion calls for.
Strength
Defensive Scales (Active)
The scales of the Imoogi are all but inpenetrable. Resilient and perfectly capable to withstand any element. These scales could very well be coveted for the protection they would afford or the fortification they would offer to a structure. In human form they would be better suited to the elements, able to withstand higher and lowe temperatures than most. Harder to bruise or cut. Please keep in mind this does not make you invicible but less susceptible. All Imoogi possesses a 'soft spot' which they usually guard heavily and keep secret for it could mean their death if pierced. *See Weakness (Must roll the dice to see success or failure of scales/skin during combat or similiar roleplay, anything higher than 40 succeeds. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking)
Weakness
Soft Spot
All Imoogi posess a soft spot on their bodies. This is a highly sensitive and very vulnerable area. Imoogi guard this spot and keep it secret. If anyone were to find out it could easily be used against them. Young Imoogis pretransformation would be aware of this spot as tender. If punctured this could mortally wound the Imoogi, even when death does not occur this would make the Imoogi back off and be weakened for a period of time. (Must roll the dice to see success or failure of a soft spot hit during combat or similiar roleplay, anything higher than 50 succeeds. This is of course if the other party KNOWS of the soft spot. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking)
Appearance
Water Form
Imoogis are long snake like dragons with all that that entails. They have four limbs and can posess horns at times. Their colors range the spectrum from muted tones to albinoes and all variations of blues including neons. Size wise they can be as small as a horse or as big as a full blown dragon but they are always slender. Both males and females can posess beards. Eyes run the gamut and sometimes have a soft glow.
Human Form
Youngling Imoogis of human females look like average humans. They all have a dark dragon shaped mark on either shoulder that shows their true nature. Skintones run the natural spectrum as well as eye color but at night young Imoogi eyes may glow.
Skills
(Remember pick two of the five)
Water Breath (Active)
The user is able to generate water form inside their body and expel it out the mouth in various ways. From water bullets, streams with the force of a fire hose, all the way to controlling the temperature of the water from boiling to chilling cold. (Must roll the dice to see success or failure, anything higher than 50 succeeds. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking)
Body Shedding (Passive)
The user is capable of shedding their body or skin and emerge with a new body, even after dismemberment.
Toxic Fangs (Active)
The user's fangs contain a slow acting toxin that if admistered by bite or ingested can produce hallucinations, increased body temperature, racing heart, pain in the joints, temporary blindness, and vomiting. If too much is administered can lead to death through shock.(Must roll the dice to see success or failure, anything higher than 50 succeeds. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking. On another note Death ALWAYS needs consent and is at the discretion fo the one dying.)
Hypnotic Gaze (Active)
Much like a sirens song the gaze of an Imoogi is hard to resist. Drawing a person closer to make for easier prey whether for food or mating purposes. The person under the gaze would feel calm, serene, and safe. This isn't something that is turned off or on, it is always active and working but effects people in different ways. Something to be discussed OOC between all parties.
Fear Masking (Passive)
The user is capable of suppressing their fear and drawing upon otherworldly reserves of courage and/or fearlessness allowing them to act/react normally in dangerous situations like combat, rescue operations, etc.

Shen
Many things lurk in the oceans of OdN but one of the deadlier races makes it home in the rivers and estuaries. Beasts that are large and fierce cast shadows under the shallow water, spines breaking the surface and hinting at the horror that may be found there. Shens are nothing if not terrifying and have a mindset of eat or be eaten. Not at all interested in mercy, these great creatures rely on brute strength for the most part and have taken to jobs where such traits are savory. Bouncers, guards, the meat and muscle of the underpits of society.
Strength
Shapeshifting (Active)
This ability allows the Shen to alter his or her body to match that of another person, even changing gender if desired. Drastic size changes are possible using this ability; it is not yet clear whether this involves a mass change or just density. The act of shape shifting is painful and requires at least a few seconds to complete. A form taken using this ability is not an illusion, and the user does not revert to his or her original shape if killed or knocked unconscious. This power also does not seem to alter the user's base DNA. A Shen needs a tissue sample from the person he or she wants to impersonate. This is usually accomplished by touch, although other methods are possible. Shape shifting changes the user's voice to match the person he or she impersonates. A shape shifter can alter his or her clothing to suit his or her new form. A shape shifter is unable to acquire a tissue sample from another person who is shape-shifted (Must roll the dice to see success or failure of transformation during combat or similiar roleplay, anything higher than 40 succeeds. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking)
Weakness
True Face
A Shen's true face is revealed in mirrors.
Appearance
Water Form
Shens are hefty crocodile like creatures with all that that entails. They have four limbs and can posess horns at times. Their colors range the spectrum from muted tones (browns, blacks, dirt greens) to albinoes. Size wise they can be a smaller version about as big as a sheep but adults can grow up to the size of a horse. Eyes run the gamut of color.
Human Form
Humanoid forms can be shapeshifted forms (See Strength above). So this leaves it open to be a myriad of looks. Skins run the spectrum as well as eyes but a Shen that has not assumed a shape shift would be scaly and have crocodilian traits.
Skills
(Remember pick two of the five)
Sonic Vibration (Active)
Sonic Vibration creates an expanding burst of energy centered on your location, damaging your opponents and interrupting their actions while leaving them slowed. Very high chance to knock back. (Must roll the dice to see success or failure, anything higher than 50 succeeds. Also roll for knock backs, anything lower than 30 and you get a knock back. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking)
Illusion Casting (Active)
The ability to create an illusion whether concentrated (making someone think their hand's a snake) to a large scale (convincing someone they are not on the street but up in a tree). (Must roll the dice to see success or failure of illusion, anything higher than 50 succeeds. This is not counting Hierarchy Stacking)
Matter Ingestion (Passive)
Ability to consume any sort of matter without any ill effects on the character.
Endurance Boost (Passive)
Ability to have a higher resistance to one or more forms of damage before being injured as well as the ability to exert ones self in an activity indefinitely without becoming tired and/or survive for long periods of time without consumption or water.
Telescopic Vision (Passive)
Ability to magnify and extend one's vision to various levels.
